This statement describes the limited personal-data processing associated with this information website and with messages sent voluntarily to AICloud4U.

What we process
When you visit the site, the hosting environment necessarily processes limited technical data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser/device information and security-related log data. If you email us, we process the information you choose to include, such as your name, business contact details and message.
Purposes and legal grounds
Technical data is processed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. Enquiry data is processed to read, answer and follow up on your request. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant basis is generally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested before a possible contract and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in operating the site and responding to business enquiries. We do not use enquiry emails for an ongoing newsletter or unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in.
Recipients and data location
The website and mailbox are hosted with Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland. We do not intentionally add website visitors or email enquirers to a CRM, advertising audience, analytics platform or mailing list through this launch site. We do not use social-media embeds, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies. Website and mailbox storage are hosted in Switzerland. Internet and email communications can nevertheless be routed internationally by the sender’s, recipient’s or intermediary providers, and data may be disclosed where legally required.
Retention
Security logs are retained only for the period necessary for security and operations under the hosting configuration. Enquiry emails are reviewed and deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, to meet a legal obligation, or because a business relationship follows.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and—where applicable—data portability by emailing info@aicloud4you.ch. We will respond within one month where GDPR applies and within the applicable Swiss legal period. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. This site does not make automated individual decisions or create profiles about visitors.
Changes
We update this statement when the website or its processing changes. A material change, such as adding a form, newsletter, analytics, third-party embedding or customer account, will be reflected here before or when that feature is launched.
